what is clandestine mail club?

clandestine mail club is a monthly snail mail club. for $8 intl. and around $6 local (PH), you’ll receive the mail club edition of the month (purchase cutoff is the 15th of the month). the mail contains an art print, letter, stickers, postcard & stamps, and more goodies unique to each month’s theme!

payment:

right now, only PayPal is available for my international community. you can either checkout using a PayPal account, or as a guest with a debit or credit card. i’m working on adding more payment options in the future, as well as an automatically recurring subscription method.

as for my Philippine community, GCash and bank transfer QR codes are provided as the payment options when filling out the form! i plan on adding an easier way to purchase and checkout in the future, and i apologize that the local sign-ups aren’t seamless yet.

shipping:

international: there are 2 shipping options: 1. ordinary air mail ($2, untraceable), or 2. registered air mail ($5, trackable). these options will be selectable in the checkout screen. international mail is sent out from the Philippine post office. shipping usually takes anywhere between 7-21 business days, but could take longer due to delays. if mail gets lost or has not arrived within 40 business days, please don’t hesitate to contact me at aeclandestine@gmail.com.

local (PH): a shipping fee cost breakdown chart is provided in the local sign-ups page. Philippine mail is sent out via J&T Express, and i will provide a tracking number sent to your email once the order is out for delivery. shipping usually takes 2-7 business days, but could take longer due to delays, especially for provincial regions. if mail gets lost or has not arrived within 20 business days, please reach out at aeclandestine@gmail.com. all orders are shipped with the standard (EZ) shipping option to keep the mail club affordable.

i know it can be quite frustrating, but snail mail generally takes a long time to ship. if the given time frames have passed and you still haven't received your mail, please reach out to me! thank you all for your patience and support ♡

mail bounce back (international):

sometimes international mail gets sent back to me due to the address having incorrect or missing details. there is a small fee that covers the cost of re-shipping your order after it was returned to me due to an erroneous mailing address. if the mail was lost or it was an issue on my end, there is no need to pay this fee, and i will re-send your order for free. this is only for if you entered in your address incorrectly, causing a bounce back. once paid and settled, your item will be re-shipped to the updated address you provided. during the checkout process for the bounce back fee, you will again have the option to choose between ordinary or registered air mail shipping :)
